EQUIPMENT SUPPLY & MAINTENANCE
Clinicians, prescribers and clients can utilise this portal to choose equipment, relevant to a client’s need and, if approved, these items will be funded by the DHS Equipment Program.
Approved Prescribers can use this portal to order, and an Equipment Program Delegate will review for approval. Prescribers, please note the following:
Some items require additional Delegate approval by the Equipment Program and in this instance, please send your request with all required paperwork to the DHSEquipmentProgram@sa.gov.au for consideration.
If approved, the Equipment Program will raise the online order on your behalf.
All equipment is maintained to the highest standards, with hire items provided ‘as new’, cleaned and refurbished following every use.
